As for Auto-follow ... it reminds me of safelists. Almost no one reads anything but people still join safelists, hoping that others (newbies) will read the ads they send. The same here.
The persons who use Auto-follow are not interested who are their followers, what they do, what they think, etc. All they want is their followers to remain their followers (so that to send them marketing messages).</description>
